Synopsis

The vision of the Comino Foundation (Comino) is that people in Britain should live more fulfilled lives within a prosperous and responsible society. This vision will only be achieved by if global warming is contained and does not exceed a 20 rise. This paper sets out the impact of electricity generation on global warming, some thoughts on mitigation and responds to the UK Government White Paper ‘Meeting the Energy Challenge’4.
