The DEHNguard® is a modular DIN rail mounted TVSS built in a red thermoplastic housing, based on Zinc Oxide Varistor technology, providing high speed and high energy capacity. These devices are designed for all 600 V voltage classes, are UL Recognized (as well as having other international Standards compliance), and have features to include: an internal thermal disconnect, pluggable MOV replacement, built in status indication, type C contacts for remote status indication, wire or bus bar connection capability, maximum discharge current of 40 kA…see specification sheets for detail.

DEHNrail®
The DEHNrail® is a modular DIN rail mounted TVSS built in red thermoplastic enclosure, using metal oxide and a gas discharge tube technology.
It is available in a two or four pole version, intended for the protection of terminal control circuits in industrial electronic applications, providing both common and differential mode protection.
The DEHNrail® is a series device with input and output terminals, therefore not requiring additional terminal blocks. It has a built in overload protection for the MOV circuit which will disconnect it without interrupting the control circuit. During operation a red or green indicator will provide visual status of the DEHNrail®. Should the disconnect operate, a set of floating contacts will provide a signal to a remote location.

Blitzductor®
The Blitzductor® is a modular DIN rail TVSS for series insertion into low energy measurement and control circuits (typically twisted pair with or without a ground shield), so as to protect the components, controllers, PLC’s, and measuring instruments at either end of the circuit, against high energy transients. The Blitzductor® has a pluggable module which contains the TVSS circuitry, permitting the removal of this module to be accomplished without the use of tools or without interruption of the circuit due to a pair of bypass contacts.
DEHNconnect®
The DEHNconnect is a DIN rail mounted transient voltage surge suppressor or TVSS. This TVSS is used in a wide range of industrial applications such as water/waste water, petro chemical, oil and gas, theme park ride and control systems. Protecting both analog and digital signal loops for PLC outputs/inputs, and field instrumentation such as flow meters, temperature and pressure instruments.
The DEHNconnect TVSS has similar applications to the Blitzductor®, for two conductor loop circuits. However, it has a narrower profile width of only 6 mm (compared to 12 mm for the Blitzductor®) but in being narrower lacks some physical features its counter part has.
DEHNpipe®
The DEHNpipe is a TVSS built within a corrosion-resistant stainless steel threaded pipe. TVSS is used in a wide range of industrial applications such as water/waste water, petro chemical, oil and gas, theme park ride and control systems. Protecting both analog and digital signal loops for PLC outputs/inputs, and field instrumentation such as flow meters, temperature and pressure instruments.
The DEHNpipe TVSS is intended to be mounted in exposed outdoor environments and is attached by screwing the threaded end into the housing of the instrument it is protecting. Its primary application is for 24 V, 4-20 or 0-20 mA loop circuits. The arrester provides an energy coordinated surge protection for 2 conductor process field devices in outdoor areas.
DEHNgate® and UG Series
The DEHNgate and UG Series are models of TVSS for protection of coaxial conductor based systems used for RF, video application, etc.
The physical configurations vary from DIN rail mounting, bulkhead mounting, or inline cable connection support.
DEHNpatch®
The DEHNpatch is the first of its kind to utilize a new surge arrester as a patch cable making its design revolutionary. Not only does it allow you to equip new installations with ease, retrofitting existing installations are fast and easy. The DEHNpatch is simply plugged in between the patch panel and the active component, replacing conventional patch cable.
The DEHNpatch surge protected ethernet patch cable is for Cat 6 applications up to 48V. Provides surge protection of all pairs with heavy duty gas discharge tubes and a low capacitance diode matrix per pair. Fully shielded universal surge arrester ideal for use in ethernet, Gigabit ethernet, ATM, ISDN, Voice over IP and even Power over IP applications. Can be din rail mounted (see mounting set for 19" rack applications) or wall mounted with included supporting foot.
